If you are like the average household, you probably consist of two adults, and both are busy working, or with the children's; doing what they do best. Time is scarce, so when you have it you don't want to waist it doing cleaning. Well you really should not. This is our job! It's what we do best.

Q. What makes Tropical Cleaning Services better than any other cleaning service?
A. We are dedicated to understand and exceed customers expectations. So we use the latest technology available on the market today in order to reduce dust mite up to 99.9%. The Rainbow cleaner is a water based vacuum that also purifies the air of your home, while the competitors continue to bring dust mites into your home through the bag of a regular vacuum. Dust mites are health harm to you and your family causing a variety of serious respiratory and other allergies.
Q. What are your hourly rates?
A. To better serve our customers, your home will be quoted with a flat fee. In most cases customers aren’t home and that is only fair.
Q. Do I need to be home?
A. No. We don't require customers to be at home. An arrangement may be done prior to the starting date.
Q. I have 3 dogs, what should I do with them?
A. Dogs and pets in general for us, are a member of your family. We welcome them. If you feel comfortable leaving them loose it's ok with us.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Sorry, we do not accept credit card at this time.
Q. May I book an appointment over the internet?
A. Yes you may.
Q. I'm moving into a new home and I can't get into the place prior to closing, how do I get Tropical Cleaning to clean for us with out an estimate?
A. The customer needs to provide the new home address and the square footage. Then we can provide an estimate for the customer. After customers approval we may book the cleaning for the desired date.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. To better serve you and other customers we require, 7 days notice prior to any cancellation, or a $35 will be accessed into your account, NO ACEPTIONS.
Q. What if I have an emergency that day and I reschedule for another time, or day in the same week?
A. With the exception of Fridays, no penalty will be charged. We are flexible and understand that inconveniences arrives with out notice.
Q. I would like to know if my cleaning day fall on a Holliday?
A. We at the office will try to reschedule and accommodate every one at their convenient day and time.
Q. Do you bring your own supplies?
A. We provide the cleaning equipment and the customer provides the cleaning supplies, garbage bags and paper towels.
